We help people apply for asylum who are afraid to return to their home countries because of violence, persecution, or threats.

To qualify, you must fear returning to your country because of:

Eligibility Criteria
We serve immigrants who:
Currently living in the U.S. and afraid to return to their home country due to persecution
Have not previously filed for asylum
Do not have a lawyer representing them
Have no criminal history
Can attend a clinic appointment in Denver
Have been in the U.S. for less than one year, with a few exceptions

NewLife is a faith-rooted legal clinic operated by Heights Church in Denver. We believe in showing God’s love by standing with immigrants who seek safety and justice. Our weekly Thursday clinics serve asylum seekers through compassionate legal guidance.
